摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication apparatus capable of obtaining a sufficient heat radiation efficiency while securing absorption of positional variations of an optical subassembly.SOLUTION: An optical communication apparatus 10 comprises: a coaxial optical subassembly 20 having a box package 22 storing a light-emitting element; a housing storing the optical subassembly 20; a heat conduction member 17 arranged in the housing; and a pressure member 18. The heat conduction member 17 is formed along one surface of the box package 22, extending in an optical axis direction, and includes a face 17c that is thermally coupled to the surface and a face 17d that is along an inner face of the housing and is thermally coupled to the inner face. The pressure member 18 applies a pressing force to the box package 22 and the heat conduction member 17 in a direction in which the face 17c and the surface come closer, and applies a pressing force to the box package 22 in a direction in which the face 17d and the inner face come closer. The face 17c and the face 17d of the heat conduction member 17 are substantially perpendicular to one another.
