PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent at least one of a departure place of a moving body and a destination thereof from being uniquely estimated from position information on the moving body.SOLUTION: The position information concealing device includes: acquisition means 121 that, when a moving body moves a road with any one of a plurality of buildings arranged in a road network including a plurality of roads and crossings set as a departure place, and with any one of the buildings set as a destination, acquires position information for identifying a route where the moving body has passed; identification means 122 that identifies at least one of a first crossing and a second crossing present on the route where the moving body has passed on the basis of acquired position information and information for identifying the preliminarily stored road network and an arrangement of the plurality of preliminarily stored buildings; and deletion means 123 that deletes at least one of information for identifying a route where the moving body has passed from the departure place to the identified first crossing and information for identifying a route where the moving body has passed from the identified second crossing to the destination.
