BRUSHLESS MOTOR

A brushless motor (1) comprises: a stator (20), a rotor (21), a plurality of field effect transistors (4), a commutation circuit board (5), a control circuit board (6), and motor covers (2, 3). The motor covers (2, 3) comprise a front cover (2) and a rear cover (3), and the motor front cover (2) and the motor rear cover (3) are fixedly connected to each other to form an integral motor. The plurality of field effect transistors (4) is directly fixed on the motor front cover (2). The commutation circuit board (5) and the control circuit board (6) are both connected on the motor front cover (2). The field effect transistor (4) of the brushless motor is directly installed on a housing of the motor, so as to ensure desirable heat dissipation, thereby saving heat dissipation blocks and saving cost; also, the integral brushless motor runs more smoothly, and does not require excessively high precision for a casing as does a separated-type brushless motor, thereby lowering a reject ratio of the product in mass production.
