A method and device for processing interference. According to a first demodulation reference signal (DMRS) pilot symbol carried by a first sub-carrier used by an uplink use equipment, an interference channel matrix of an uplink interference channel of the uplink user equipment to a D2D receiving end is measured, the first sub-carrier being a sub-carrier shared by a D2D transmitting end and the uplink user equipment; according to the interference channel matrix, a null space matrix of the uplink interference channel is calculated; and the null space matrix is used to process a signal received by the D2D receiving end via the first sub-carrier, so as to eliminate an interference signal from the uplink user equipment in the signal. |
