A vehicle height adjustment device is provided with: an annular movable spring receiver which is in sliding contact with a guide surface formed on the outer periphery of the outer cylinder of a shock absorber and which supports one end of a suspension spring for pressing the shock absorber in the direction of extension thereof; a drive mechanism which drives the movable spring receiver in the axial direction of the shock absorber; an auxiliary spring which presses the movable spring receiver to the suspension spring side; and a dust cover which covers the portion of the guide surface with which the movable spring receiver is in sliding contact. The dust cover is held on the outer cylinder by the spring force of the auxiliary spring.
