This light guide device includes: an incidence part (2) that forms an incidence side end of a light guide path, to which light from a light source is incident; a reflection part that reflects the light that is incident from the incidence part and proceeds the light guide path, thereby bending the proceeding direction; and an emission part (3) that forms an emission side end of the light guide path, from which the light reflected by the reflection part and thereafter passing the light guide path is outgoing. The reflection part includes a branching reflection part (5) that branches the light proceeding through the light guide path into a first branch light path (11) and a second branch light path (12) that is parallel with the first branch light path in a first direction. An emission-side portion of the first branch light path and an emission-side portion of the second branch light path are parallel with each other in a second direction that is vertical to the first direction, and are provided integrally. Light from the first branch light path and light from the second branch light path join each other, and the emission part emits the light thus joining each other.
