Disclosed is a lighting apparatus exposing a guide display plate where a flexible LED with high visibility is installed in case of a power failure while making only a white light LED emit light to be used as a lighting fixture in case of no power failure. For this, the present invention comprises: a power supply for supplying power to the white light LED and the flexible LED; a substrate on which the white light LED is installed; the guide display plate where the flexible LED is arranged corresponding to an emergency escape phrase; a controller for controlling the flexible LED; a charger being charged by commercial alternating current power in case of no power failure; one or more driving parts arranged on both sides of the guide display plate; an electronic relay forming a current path between the charger and the driving parts/the white light LED/the flexible LED in case of a power failure; and a carry-in/carry-out hole for inducing the guide display plate toward a light irradiation direction of the white light LED. The present invention provides an LED flat lamp combined with an emergency lamp with the guide display plate dropping in case of a power failure to drive the driving parts in case of the power failure and move the guide display plate toward an exit of the carry-in/carry-out hole, selectively drives an individual LED forming the flexible LED arranged on one side of the guide display plate via the controller; exposes an escape phrase out of the carry-in/carry-out hole, and enables an escaper to catch a position of an emergency passageway in a short time to let people take shelter; and prevents an emergency lighting fixture from being outwardly exposed to enhance efficiency of a space within a building and to lower possibility of a damage to the emergency lighting fixture. |
