PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting leakage of a valve capable of suppressing a loss of pre-purge and easily detecting the leakage of the valve.SOLUTION: A method for detecting leakage of a valve includes: a pressure setting step in which valves 10, 11 are individually closed to set a pressure in a pipe as a threshold or above, or below the threshold; a first threshold determination step in which, after the pressure in the pipe is set as the threshold or above, the valves 10, 11 are closed and it is determined whether the pressure in the pipe is the threshold or above after the elapse of the prescribed period; a second valve normality determination step in which the valve 11 is determined as normality when the pressure in the pipe is the threshold or above and the valve 11 is determined as abnormality when the pressure in the pipe is below the threshold; a second threshold determination step in which, after the pressure in the pipe is set as below the threshold, the valves 10, 11 are closed and, after the elapse of the prescribed period, it is determined whether the pressure in the pipe is below the threshold; and a first valve normality determination step in which the valve 10 is determined as normality when the pressure in the pipe is below the threshold and the valve 10 is determined as abnormality when the pressure in the pipe is the threshold or above. |
