<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output device capable of, even when the disconnection of power occurs after an image is output and before a log image is created, creating the log image after the power source is restored.SOLUTION: An MFP comprises: a printer that outputs an image; a storage unit 27 that stores information even when the power is disconnected; original image creating means for creating an original image of the image output from the printer in the storage unit 27; log image creating means for creating a log image of the output image on the basis of the original image stored in the storage unit 27; and start-up processing executing means for executing processing to start the MFP. A start-up processing execution thread 28f to achieve the start-up processing executing means is a different thread from a log image creation thread 28g during start-up for achieving the log image creating means during the start-up of the MFP; and when the storage unit 27 stores the original image (S161), the start-up processing execution thread 28f creates the log image creation thread 28g during start-up (S163).</p> |
