PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work load of a review of a reviewer.SOLUTION: A document management system comprises: a screen display unit displaying a classification button to make a user select document group, an object to be determined by the user about linkage with an action, consisting of multiple document data extracted from digital information and classification requirements to classify the document group in appointed requirements; a selective information receipt unit receiving information about the classification button which the user selected among the classification buttons displayed by the screen display unit as selective information; and a classification indication unit analyzing the document group on the basis of the selective information, classifying document data in the document group by the analyzed result, and indicating the screen display unit to display the document group on the basis of the analyzed result.
