PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize performance of a dust collector.SOLUTION: The dust collector includes a pair of electrodes (15, 16) arranged in an air passage (21) and forms, between the pair of electrodes (15, 16), an electric field for collecting charged dust in the air. Out of the pair of electrodes (15, 16), the electrode (15) on the anode side includes a conductive member (13) and insulating films (11, 12) provided so as to cover the conductive member (13). The insulating films (11, 12) are constituted of an electrically insulating material in which a polyvinyl chloride resin is blended with a resin having conductivity so as not to generate an absorption current.
