PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding quality automatic control device and a welding quality automatic control method which obtain a welding length and a welding speed on the basis of welding current, welding sound and sound speed in consideration of temperature correction, and use them for automatic control of welding quality.SOLUTION: A welding quality automatic control device automatically collects noise data around a welding portion including welding sound data at a welding work field, temperature data around the welding portion, and welding power source information data of a welding device, and uses them for welding quality control. A welding length and a welding speed are calculated using a sound speed in consideration of temperature correction based on temperature data from a temperature detecting unit, welding sound data from a welding sound extraction unit, and welding power source information data from a welding power source information acquisition unit. |
