The present invention relates to a fuel cell vehicle, and to an apparatus for recirculating hydrogen provided to a fuel cell system of a fuel cell vehicle and a method therefor. to this end, an apparatus of the present invention comprises: an air supplying unit for supplying air; a hydrogen supplying unit for supplying hydrogen; a fuel cell stack for combining the supplied air and the supplied hydrogen and producing a fuel; and a fuel cell driver for determining whether a load of hydrogen flux supplied to the fuel cell stack is low or high, determining whether or not the hydrogen flux supplied to the fuel cell stack satisfies a target threshold value according to an interrupt control method, maintaining a control waveform of the hydrogen supplying unit, when the hydrogen flux satisfies the target threshold value, and controlling an on-off value that is the control waveform of the hydrogen supplying unit and that is to be changed when the hydrogen flux does not satisfy the target threshold value, wherein the hydrogen supplying unit further comprises a hydrogen supplying valve for converting a control of the hydrogen flux supplied to the fuel cell stack into a proportional control method based on a pulse-width modulation when the load of the hydrogen flux is high, and converting the control of the hydrogen flux supplied to the fuel cell stack into the interrupt control method based on an on-off. |
