PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which the operation temperature of a solid oxide fuel battery can be made low.SOLUTION: An air electrode catalyst material according to an embodiment of the invention is used for a solid oxide fuel battery, and comprises a perovskite oxide expressed by the general formula (1): ABO. In the formula, the ratio x/y of A and B is between 1.05 and 1.5 inclusive. A chart obtained by X-ray diffraction measurement on the material shows a peak coming from a perovskite structure ABO. According to Raman spectra, an absorption peak area between 560 and 620 cminclusive is larger than that between 380 and 440 cminclusive. |
