PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension balancer for overhead wire being hard to be affected by sand.SOLUTION: A tension balancer for overhead wire comprises: a central cylindrical part member 102 at an inner side and an outer cylindrical part member 101 at an outer side coaxially disposes in a state having a gap; a coil spring 104 for applying elastic force against elongation of the central cylindrical part member 102 relative to the outer cylindrical part member 101; and a sand-protecting member 301 for preventing sand entering from the gap 304. |
