PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a porous film substrate containing a uniform functional polymer.SOLUTION: A production method of a substrate in which a functional polymer layer controlling the adhesiveness of material is formed on a porous film comprises the steps of: preparing a porous film comprising a first surface and a second surface provided on the opposite side of the first surface; preparing a support body which is a weak adhesive surface of which at least one surface is re-peelable; arranging the porous film on the support body so that the first surface of the porous film brings into contact with the weak adhesive surface of the support body; and supplying a coating liquid for forming a functional polymer layer on the second surface of the porous film.
