PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder compression molding device which can perform adequate compression molding according to the kind or the like of a powder and can stably and efficiently provide a high-quality molded article.SOLUTION: A container support body 12 has a plurality of projecting parts 16 each of which projects from the wall surface 10W of a through hole 10 of a mortar body 11 in a state of being inserted into the through hole 10 and whose tip in a projecting direction thereof is a free end part. The plurality of projecting parts 16 are brought into contact with the undersurface of a container in a storage space S to support the container 3 from below. A lower pestle 20a has notch parts 18 in a peripheral edge of the lower pestle 20a, each of which extends in a lengthwise direction thereof from the upper end of the lower pestle 20a contacting with the undersurface of the container 3 and has a notched depth capable of storing the projecting part 16, and the notch parts 18 do not exist inside the peripheral edge. When the lower pestle 20 moves in the storage space S, the projecting parts 16 are allowed to pass through the notch parts 18. |
