PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of easily connecting between a minute terminal of a battery and an external terminal.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes: a battery including an electrode pad formation area 1x having a positive electrode pad 1a and a negative electrode pad 1b formed thereon; an anisotropic conductive film 4 stuck on the positive electrode pad 1a and the negative electrode pad 1b; first waiting 9a and second wiring 9b respectively formed upward of the positive electrode pad 1a and the negative electrode pad 1b of the anisotropic conductive film 4; a thermoelectric element 2 having a positive electrode terminal 2a and a negative electrode terminal 2b; third wiring 9d and fourth wiring 9d respectively connected to the positive electrode terminal 2a and the negative electrode terminal 2b of the thermoelectric element 2; and heat conduction patterns 9a, 9b formed on an area from the upward of the thermoelectric element 2 to the anisotropic conductive film 4.
