<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ballot form issuing machine and a ballot form issuing method, which include a purchased-total monetary amount check function enabling a fan to easily check so that a total ballot form purchase monetary amount is within a purchase limit monetary amount set by the fan.SOLUTION: A publicly-owned race track ballot card 23 has, on a top surface 23a, a purchase monetary amount check column 24 in addition to a common bet-type mark entry column and has, on the bottom surface 23b, a purchased monetary amount limit specification column 25 having plural specified limit monetary amount mark parts 26 in addition to a common bet-type mark entry column. When a fan inserts a ballot card 23 with entry of desired marks into a totalizator terminal 1, the totalizator terminal 1 displays a specified purchase limit monetary amount, a marked bet-type, a monetary amount of the bet-type and a bet-type total monetary amount on a display screen so as to allow a changing input. The fan discretionarily changes a bet-type and unit amount so that a bet-type total monetary amount is within the purchase limit monetary amount, and presses a purchase button. The totalizator terminal 1 issues a ballot form on the basis of data of ballot content according to a final screen.</p> |
