<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide merchandise information to a user.SOLUTION: In a merchandise information providing system 10 in which a merchandise information providing device for providing merchandise information and a merchandise information output device for receiving and outputting the merchandise information from the merchandise information providing device are connected via a communication line, the merchandise information output device includes: merchandise specification image acquisition means for acquiring an image for merchandise specification by imaging a subject for specifying merchandise on the basis of an instruction from a user; merchandise information request means for requesting the merchandise information of the merchandise to be specified on the basis of the image for merchandise specification acquired by the merchandise specification image acquisition means; merchandise information presentation means for outputting the merchandise information received from the merchandise information providing device, and for presenting it to the user; and answer data output means for outputting answer data to a question from the user for the merchandise information output by the merchandise information presentation means.</p> |
