<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information capable of accurately determining the operation state of a device.SOLUTION: A device operation information providing device includes: a command value acquisition part 21 for acquiring a command control value to be output to HART communication compatible equipment; an execution value acquisition part 22 for acquiring an execution control value after control performed to a control object by the HART communication compatible equipment in accordance with the command control value; a command value determination part 23 for determining whether or not the acquired command control value has been changed to a different value; a control information storage part 24 for, each time the command control value is changed to a different value, generating and storing control information including the command control value after change, the latest execution control value in change and time in change; an operation state determination part 25 for determining the operation state of the HART communication compatible equipment by using the change state of the command control value and the change state of the execution control value within a predetermined period which can be specified from the control information; and an operation information transmission part 26 for generating the operation information of the HART communication compatible equipment by using the determined operation state, and for transmitting it to an equipment monitoring device.</p> |
