The present invention provides an image capture device, an anomalous oblique entry light detection method and program, and a recording medium, whereby anomalous oblique entry light which causes flares, etc., is detected with good precision, regardless of lenses used in photography, etc. According to an aspect of the present invention, a plurality of pixels which configure a color image capture element (27) comprises first RB pixel pairs (52) and second RB pixel pairs (54), which are configured of red pixels R having red color filters and blue pixels B having blue color filters, which are mutually adjacent in relation to a horizontal direction (A) and a vertical direction (B). The locations of the red pixels R and the locations of the blue pixels B in the first RB pixel pairs (52) and the second RB pixel pairs (54) are inverted. The pixel data of the blue pixels B of the first RB pixel pairs (52) is compared with the pixel data of the blue pixels of the second RB pixel pairs (54), and whether or not flare light (anomalous oblique entry light) has entered the color image capture element (27) is detected. |
