The present invention relates to an upright three-wheel transporting device having a suspension means. The present invention provides the upright three-wheel transporting device having the suspension means, comprising: rear wheel portions provided in a pair and installed on two sides opposite from each other; a foot support portion, which is connected between the one pair of rear wheel portions so that a passenger can board upright while the two feet are supported, and which is provided with a space having a specific size in a horizontal direction therein; a frame for connecting the front side of the foot support portion and one front wheel portion; a handle portion, which is extendedly formed toward an upper portion of the frame, for controlling the direction of rotation of the front wheel portion; a first link portion, which is perpendicularly connected to each rear-wheel portion driving shaft, for preliminarily limiting shock from traveling by reciprocally rotating to the left and the right, when the rear wheel portions tremble vertically; a second link portion, which is provided in a bent form so as to be perpendicular to the first link portion and is inserted and installed in a frame space portion on the rear side of the foot support portion, for absorbing shock due to some of the trembling that is delivered to the foot support portion to secondarily limit shock from traveling to the foot support portion; and an elastic member, which is provided on the second link portion and is integrally formed so as to come into close contact with and be supported by four surfaces of the inner walls of the frame space portion on the rear side of the foot support portion, for absorbing shock according to the direction of shock applied to the rear wheel portions. |
