The device has an interchangeable sodium chloride reservoir (1) registrable into an electrolytic cell (5). Operation of the cell is controllable by a switch (6). Waters from a water reservoir (15) is introduced into the cell. The cell is more activatable by simultaneously switching on medical, aquiferous apparatuses. A direct link consists between the cell and the aquiferous apparatuses. The cell is located in immediate active compound with power mains of the apparatuses. The sodium chloride reservoir and/or the water reservoir are connected to an external compressor (25) under pressure.
