摘要 High strength-low shrinkage industrial polyester fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer excellent workability by adjusting a spinning condition and a winding condition after selecting a proper polymer without an additive or polymer reforming. A manufacturing method of High strength-low shrinkage industrial polyester fiber includes a step for manufacturing solidified undrafted yarn by spinning a polyester polymer of which inherent viscosity is 0.95 -1.00, and a step for performing a drafting, heat-fixing, relaxation, winding, and stretching process of the undrafted yarn with a multistage stretching roller(1). The drafting, heat-fixing, relaxation, winding, and stretching process is processed with conditions of a stretching ration of 5.9 - 6.2, a relaxation rate of 10 - 13%, relaxation region temperature of 245 - 250°C, and winding speed of 3500m/min.
