PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin layer having weather resistance excellent in weather resistance and water resistance and suppressing generation of harmful substances from wastes generated when discharged, and a laminate using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin layer having weather resistance containing an acrylic polyol resin containing (meth)acrylic acid hydroxyester and a copolymer of (meth)acrylic acid hydroxyester.
