PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-gas foamer container bottled liquid food and a method for producing cooking by using the same by which cooking can be decorated sterically with the bubble containing liquid food of bright color tone having shape retention and also the bubble containing liquid food well melts in the mouth and is less likely to damage the food texture of cooking.SOLUTION: A non-gas foamer container bottled colored liquid food in which colored liquid food at least containing colorant, frothing agent and thickening agent is bottled in a non-gas foamer container, wherein the viscosity of the colored liquid food is 1 to 300 mPa-s, the size of the bubble containing colored liquid food when pushed out of nozzle is 1 to 10 cm, and the height of the bubble containing colored liquid food after the storage compared to the height before the storage when the bubble containing colored liquid food is stood on stationary storage for 30 minutes, is 3/4 or more. |
