PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of power loss without complicating a circuit configuration even when there are a plurality of types of control circuits with different power voltages.SOLUTION: A power circuit 15 outputs load supply power and drive power supply power. A power circuit 21 outputs electric power with a lower voltage than the power circuit 15, and stops the operation when an output voltage is higher than a predetermined maximum voltage threshold value. A drive circuit 14 operates with electric power output by the power circuit 15 and the power circuit 21 used as a power supply to drive the power circuit 15. The maximum voltage threshold value is lower than an output voltage of the power circuit 15.
