A weighing system with an uninterrupted weighing function and a weighing method. Each sensor of a plurality of weighing sensors of the weighing system has a local small neighbourhood, the local small neighbourhood being a neighbourhood composed of adjacent points of the weighing sensor in four directions, i.e. forward, backward, left and right directions of a matrix, and four points in the diagonal directions. The plurality of weighing sensors are respectively arranged at corresponding points of the matrix. A weighing control module polls a plurality of weighing sensors, so as to judge whether there is a faulty sensor, and estimate the estimated weight output of the faulty sensor, thereby avoiding resource waste caused by sensor failure. |
