The invention relates to a supporting device for surgery of the foot, ankle, lower leg, knee, thigh and full leg. The device is formed by three parts, namely: a first part for supporting the full leg, said part comprising a hole at calf height in order to allow the calf to be inserted into the hole so that the leg is completely supported and aligned parallel to the main part; a second part that rests on at least three specific points on the sole of the foot, characterised in that said secondary part comprises a space allowing the surgeon to make an incision in/drill the heel bone for surgeries requiring the placement of an intramedullary rod such that it extends through the heel bone; and an angular third part in the form of a 90° bracket that allows the surgeon to align the main and secondary parts when performing a surgery.
