The fabric has fabric weft and warp threads (2, 1) made of polyamide, polyester, rayon or aramid material, where the fabric comprises a half-leno weave. A fineness of the fabric weft and warp threads lies within a range of 940-3000 dtex. The fabric weft and warp threads are designed as monofilaments or multi-filaments. The fabric is connected with rubber composition paths using a reciprocal calendaring process. The warp threads are uniformly arranged in a calendared state. The fabric is embedded between the rubber composition paths. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle pneumatic tire.
