The present invention relates to an electric grill device. The present invention provides an electric grill device comprising: a grill main body including an inside earthen ware in the shape of a container into which an grilling object is introduced, a band coil wrapping an outer circumference of the inside earthen ware such that heat is wholly applied to the inside of the inside earthen ware, the outside wrapping the band coil to protect the band coil in a state in which the band coil is coupled to the inside earthen ware, and an earthen ware lid openable and closable on an upper side thereof; a grilling object fixing means including a skewer rod having a sharp-pointed stick shape and skewering the grilling object such that the grilling object is positioned at the center of the inside of the grill main body, a dislocation preventing tool provided to prevent the grilling object from being dislocated toward a lower side of the skewer rod, and a lid portion provided to an upper side thereof and maintaining the height of the grilling object while internal heat of the grill main body is blocked; and a housing including a base on which a seating portion is formed for seating the grill main body thereon, a protecting panel extending upward along a circumference of the base, tempered glass allowing the inside to be checked provided to a front surface thereof, and an upper cover openable and closable on the upper side thereof. By providing the present invention configured as described above, since grilling objects, such as chicken, duck, pork or the like are evenly cooked, oil falls well, there is less smoke generated, the time required to completely cook the grilling object is short, and the amount of energy consumed is small, and there are the advantages that the electric grill device is simple to use and grilling objects can be quickly prepared for consumption. |
