Provided is a method for providing a lifelong learning service comprising: receiving a supplied content transmission event from at least supplier terminal to a municipal server; uploading the supplied content to be registered and classified in the municipal server using supply data and metadata included in the supplied content; receiving an search event for the supplied content from at least one user terminal via the municipal server, searching and arranging the supplied data to correspond to the search event based on a matching algorithm, and transmitting the supplied data to at least one user terminal via the municipal server; receiving an selection event to select at least one supplier terminal transmitting the supplied data from at least one user terminal via the municipal server; controlling at least one user terminal and at least one supplier terminal to be connected by a real time video service through the municipal server; and collecting evaluation data on at least one supplier terminal from at least one user terminal and transmitting the evaluation data to the municipal server when the real time video service is terminated, wherein the supplied content received from at least one supplier terminal can be standardized in a lifelong learning service providing server. |
