The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, more specifically, a method and a device for transmitting and receiving downlink control channel. The method for receiving a downlink control channel from a transmitter with a receiver of the wireless communication system in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a step of assuming an overhead of a reference signal transmitted in a data area of a downlink subframe and a step of decoding the downlink control channel transmitted by the transmitter in the data area based on the assumption on the overhead of the reference signal. The assumption on the overhead of the reference signal may be determined based on the number of reception antennas of the transmitter.
