The present invention relates to a steering device with an inner ball joint. The present invention prevents noise and vibration conventionally delivered through tires and wheels during driving from being delivered to a rack bar by being reduced through the ball-stud and ball housing of a tie rod. Moreover, the steering device reduces rattle noise generated from the steering device by blocking vibration and noise delivered to the rack bar in a damping unit and makes a driver pleasantly steer.
