Disclosed is a stereotactic device for the stereotactic surgery of a brain, capable of improving the accuracy of the position movement of stereotactic surgery tools and automatically, accurately, and rapidly move the stereotactic surgery tools. The stereotactic device for the stereotactic surgery of a brain enables a user to safely perform the stereotactic surgery of a brain by accurately moving the stereotactic surgery tools by precisely controlling driving units based on obtained information, by obtaining the current position and angles of the stereotactic surgery tools and a target position and rotation angles using sensing members; and can reduce surgery time by reducing the setting time of the stereotactic surgery tools by automatically, accurately, and rapidly moving the stereotactic surgery tools. |
