PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a natural motion video corresponding to an input text.SOLUTION: A motion video generation device for generating the video of a CG character which performs a predetermined operation corresponding to an input character string includes: object micro extraction means for extracting micro data in which macro for allowing the CG character to execute an operation corresponding to each character included in the character string is defined from a plurality of macro data preliminarily stored in storage means; and motion video generation means for connecting the respective characters of the character string on the basis of a parameter included in the macro data obtained by the object macro extraction means to generate a motion video corresponding to the input character string. |
