PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition and concrete exhibiting excellent expansion performance even when the amount of use of expansible composition is small, also excellent in strength development property and hardly generating reduction of consistency of the concrete.SOLUTION: A cement composition contains (A) a cement containing a cement clinker ground product containing 3CaO AlO(CA) of 10 to 14 mass% and gypsum, and (B) an expansible composition containing free quicklime and expanded clinker ground product containing CS, and has the content unit amount of the expansible composition in the concrete of 12 to 19 kg/mwhen concrete is made by mixing the cement composition with an aggregate and water. |
