PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for a cement kiln combustion exhaust gas in which water treatment is not required, and the using amount of water is suppressed, and a treatment method therefor.SOLUTION: The treatment device 1 for a cement kiln combustion exhaust gas comprises: a probe 3 for extracting a part G of a combustion exhaust gas from a kiln exhaust gas flow passage from the kiln tail of a cement kiln 2 to the lowermost cyclone of a preheater while performing cooling; a spray tower 8 for spraying water on the extraction gas with the probe, and reacting hydrated lime produced with quick lime in the extraction gas and water with SOin the extraction gas to remove the SOin the extraction gas; and a dry dust collector 9 for recovering dust (gypsum GY) included in the exhaust gas G4 of the spray tower. The spray tower may be sprayed with slurry S made of water and hydrated lime instead of water or together with water. The device further comprises a dry dust collector 6 for recovering fine powder D2 included in the extraction gas extracted with the probe, and the exhaust gas G3 exhausted from the dry dust collector can be introduced into the spray tower. |
