Flowable cosmetic cleaning agent comprises: (a) at least one surfactant comprising anionic, amphoteric, zwitterionic and/or nonionic surfactants; (b) at least one optionally branched, acrylate copolymer; and (c) at least one cationic polymer, preferably cationic polysaccharide. An independent claim is included for cleansing and volumizing keratin fibers, preferably human hair, comprising applying the flowable cleaning agent on the dry or wet hair, treating the hair and scalp using the agent to rub and massage for a period of a few seconds up to 5 minutes, then rinsing with running water at 30-37[deg] C, pre-drying with a hand towel, drying using a hair dryer and contacting the agent with the hair during the drying process.
