<p>An organic eletro-luminescence light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting diode formed on the substrate; and a sealing layer for sealing the organic light emitting diode. The sealing layer is formed by alternately laminating mutually different organic layers, and the organic layer is formed by self-assembly of a block copolymer having a monomer of a first block, a monomer of a second block and a graphene composite having a hydrophilic group. Also, the method of fabricating the organic light emitting display device includes: preparing a coating solution by mixing the block copolymer having the monomer of the first block and the monomer of the second block and the graphene composite having the hydrophilic group; forming the organic light emitting diode on the substrate; forming a coating film by using the coating solution on the organic light emitting diode; and forming the sealing layer in which mutually different organic layers are alternately laminated by self-assembly of the coating film. Therefore, the cost is reduced since high priced deposition equipment is not needed, productivity is improved due to reduction in processing time because a repetitive lamination process is not needed, and cohesion between different organic layers may be improved. Thus, the organic electro-luminescence light emitting display device can be easily implemented.</p> |
