PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of easily actualizing connection between mutually different radio communication networks.SOLUTION: When performing radio communication by switching a communication frequency between devices 3 for each time zone by a frequency hopping method, a device 3b fixes a communication frequency any one of the communication frequencies to be switched for each time zone, to repeat the transmission of a connection request signal composed of the fixed communication frequency. A device 3a reads the connection request signal when switched to the same communication frequency as the communication frequency of the connection request signal on the basis of the frequency hopping method, and transmits to the device 3b a connection response signal including information related to frequency hopping necessary for synchronization, to synchronize and establish a communication link between the devices 3. |
