PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device in which a short-circuit part is easily short-circuited when force is applied from the outside.SOLUTION: A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly and a short-circuit part. The short-circuit part includes a positive electrode metal foil, a negative electrode metal foil and an insulation layer 44 arranged between the positive electrode metal foil and the negative electrode metal foil. The insulation layer 44 is formed with notches C which do not penetrate the insulation layer 44. |
