The polyester elastomer foam is formed by allowing a polyester elastomer composition containing a polyester elastomer and a surface-treated inorganic substance (except hydroxides) to expand. A residue on a 166 mesh sieve in the surface-treated inorganic substance (except hydroxides) is preferably not more than 0.01%. |
