摘要 A lighting system for providing a daylight appearance and a luminaire are provided. The lighting system comprises a plurality of light emitters and a plurality of optical elements. Said plurality of light emitters emit a wide light beam. Each optical element of at least a subset of the plurality of optical elements is related to a light emitter of the plurality of light emitters, thereby forming a pair. For each pair it applies that if a light emitter of a pair is arranged in a first relative position with respect to the optical element of said pair, the light emitter and the optical element are configured to emit the wide light beam, and if the light emitter of the pair is arranged in a second relative position with respect to the optical element of said pair, the optical element is configured to collimate a portion of the wide light beam to obtain a collimated light beam, and the optical element is configured to absorb another portion of light of the wide light beam in a predefined spectral range to obtain a blue light emission at light emission angles at least outside the collimated light beam.
