<p>The invention relates to medicine and to cosmetology. The dispersion of solid lipid nano-particles and compositions on the basis thereof are intended for cosmetic purposes: enhanced moisturizing, nourishing and increasing the elasticity of sensitive skin, and for pharmaceutical purposes: treating atopic dermatitis and eczema with the aid of the solid lipid nano-particles, which include moisturizing substances and biologically active substances (BAS). The dispersion of solid lipid nano-particles with a size of 50 to 300 nm for cosmetic agents comprises cosmetic wax, an ultraviolet filter, decyl glucoside, vegetable oil, pentyleneglycol and purified water. A corticosteroid is additionally introduced into the dispersion for treating atopic dermatitis and eczema. The cosmetic compositions comprise a dispersion of solid lipid nano-particles with a size of 50 to 300 nm as a biologically active additive, and the base includes propyleneglycol extracts of medicinal plants, vegetable oil, D-pantenol, a cross-linking agent, a preservative, an emulsifier and purified water for intensive moisturizing and nourishment of the skin. The pharmaceutical compositions comprise a dispersion of solid lipid nano-particles with a size of 50 to 300 nm as a biologically active additive, said dispersion being analogous to cosmetic agents containing a corticosteroid.</p> |
