A conversion module based on a train auxiliary electrical system and a train auxiliary electrical system. The conversion module is disposed in the train auxiliary electrical system. The conversion module comprises: an input unit (11), an AC-to-DC conversion unit (12), and an output unit (13). The input unit is used to input an alternating current electrical signal provided by the train auxiliary electrical system. The AC-to-DC conversion unit is used to convert the alternating current electrical signal into a direct current electrical signal, and input the direct current electrical signal in the output unit. The output unit is used to output the direct current electrical signal to at least one functional module in the train auxiliary electrical system, so as to provide it with a working power supply. The conversion module and the electrical system convert an alternating current electrical signal provided by an auxiliary power supply of the train auxiliary electrical system into a direct current electrical signal, and output the direct current electrical signal to a functional module thereof to serve as a working power supply, thereby lowering interference in the transmission of an electrical signal in a lead wire, and increasing the stability of an electrical signal.
