Disclosed is a method for controlling a display device comprising a touch screen. The control method, according to the present invention, comprises: the steps of: displaying, on the touch screen, a plurality of windows for executing applications such that the plurality of windows do not overlap; displaying a center button disposed on a point where a plurality of boundary lines for discriminating the plurality of windows intersect; receiving, on the touch screen, a window size change command for enabling a change in the size of at least one among the plurality of windows; changing the size of at least one among the plurality of windows according to the window size change command so as to display the window having the changed size; and controlling the plurality of windows so as not to display a part of the plurality of windows, and enlarging the sizes of the remaining windows so as to display the enlarged windows.
