PURPOSE: A low noise combustion type heater apparatus is provided to reduce the air flow noise generated in an air fan by minimizing the amount of the air exposed between the air fan and case. CONSTITUTION: A low noise combustion type heater apparatus comprises a case(110), a bellmouth(120), an air fan(130), a motor(140), a combustion fan(150), a burner unit(170) and an exhaust pipe(180). The vehicle interior air flows in into one end(111) of the case and is exhausted through the other end(112) to the vehicle room. The bellmouth guides the flowing air. The air fan sucks the indoor air to the inside of the case and comprises a blade(131). The blade maintains the micro gap between the inner side of the bellmouth and air fan. The motor offers the torque to the air fan. The combustion fan flows in the outdoor air required for the combustion through a suction pipe(152). The burner unit mixes and burns the outdoor air with the fuel provided through the fuel pipe. The indoor air flowing in is heated with the heat generated in the combustion. |
