The present invention relates to a grease trapping apparatus which is installed inside an accommodation space in a ship, by comprising: a tank main body wherein a fixed storing space is included, where an inlet is installed at one side thereof, and whose upper part can be open and closed; multiple baffle plates which divide the internal space of the tank main body into multiple sections and are vertically installed in order to form a flow path in the upper or lower part of the tank main body; a grease discharge pipe which is combined with the upper part of the tank main body in order to discharge grease contained in a mixed fluid that is put into from the inlet; and a drain pipe which is combined with the upper part of the tank main body in order to discharge water contained in the fluid. Therefore, the grease trapping apparatus can prevent offshore contamination by discharging the mixed fluid, discharged from the cabin accommodating space, separately into grease and water using a difference in the specific gravity. |
